Val Thorens Apartment

The view from the balcony was one of the reasons we bought the flat, and the main reason we still love coming here after all these years - it still takes your breath away to wake up to the views over Mont Peclet. The sunsets are beautiful too.

Val Thorens is incredibly beautiful. Famous for not having any trees the landscape is striking and at this altitude you are more likely to get snow than most other places in the Alpes.

Val Thorens is transformed in the summer to an alpine playground for climbers, walkers and mountain bikers. Right throughout the Vallee Des Belleville there is a huge variety of landscapes to enjoy from Lush meadows and forests in the Vallee Des Encombres (near Menuires/St Martin), through to the breathtaking walking to be had on Mont Peclet.
